The Golden Globes is probably the most fun award show there is.  First of all, the Moet is flowing, and without the stuffiness of similar events, everyone is in a great mood.  We love watching the stars dress up, have a ball, and be silly on stage.  Besides all the gorgeous dresses, the other spotlight we focus on is the event's amazing decor.  Above are images from the after parties of Warner Bros., HBO, Fox Hulu, and lastly NBC.

Which is our favorite?  Well we might just be partial to NBC... after all we do spy some of our favorite chairs!  Wanting to get the look to?  See what our Chameleon Chair can do for your next event!

  • Runway to Tabletop ~ 2015 Golden Globes

I was excited when I heard that Tina Fey and Amy Poehlerwould return this year to host the Golden Globes. Since award shows can be a bore itwasnice that these funny ladies kept the laughs coming. But let's be honest, the real reason we watch these shows is for the gowns and glitz!

This year didn't disappoint and one of the stand out trends was sparkling silver.

These ladies stood out in their shimmering silver dresses and reminded us of one of our recent events. During this past December, we created this glimmering party that featured cool blue lighting and our favorite metallic silver linens. White trees, icy centerpieces and our metallic Chameleon Chairs complimented our most famous linens and created a glamorously winter look.

Whether you're looking for an evening that rivals the Golden Globes or a small and elegant dinner party, we would love to help you add some sparkle to your next affair ~

  • Runway to Tabletop ~ Red Carpet Reds

Last Sunday the Golden Globes kicked off the red carpet season.I always look forward to critiquing the red carpet dress parades, and this year's award nominees didn't disappoint! My pick for best-dressed of the evening was actress Lupita Nyong'o wearing a modern minimalist red gown by Ralph Lauren. While some stylists discourage their clients from wearing red for fear of clashing with the carpet, I completely disagree! I think Lupita, Emma Watson, Amy Adams, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus all looked striking. Most crimson dresses can actually complement a red carpet, unless they are long sleeved.

An all red event can come off feeling a bit boudoir. Try mixing ruby red with dark burgundy, similar to what Amy Adams is wearing. The different shades will create depth and richness for your party decor. For a recent event, we mixed these rich red ruched Chameleon Chairs with burgundy and coral hues. Having the linens a touch lighter or a shade darker than the seating allows the chairs to shine.

After all, these chairs were made to steal the show!
