pretty little popsicles



The dog days of summer are here. Time to cool off with these refreshing popsicles which are quick and easy to make.  Also they're pretty healthy too, so feel free to treat yourself to the pretty little treats!

 Raspberry and Cream Ice Pops


1 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. nonfat yogurt
3 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice


  • In a large bowl, smash raspberries with the back of a fork. Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into ice-pop molds and freeze for 30 minutes. Insert a wooden stick into each pop; then freeze for at least 2 more hours.
